How to Use the Water Well Drilling Rig?

 The water well drilling rig is a new, high-efficiency, energy-saving and multifunctional hydraulic drilling rig, mainly used for drilling water wells, monitoring wells, geothermal air conditioning holes, well washing projects, etc. This article introduces the composition of the water well drilling rig and precautions for use.

 

Commonly used drilling tools of water well drilling rigs and their usage

◆The drilling tools commonly used in water well drilling rigs are square drill pipes, drill rods, drill jacks, joints, stabilizers, shock absorbers, and tools used under specific conditions, such as salvage tools, coring tools, etc.

 

◆In rotary drilling, the square drill pipe is connected to the tap on top and the drill pipe in the well on the bottom. Through the complementary center, the rotational motion of the turntable is transferred to the square drill pipe to drive the drilling tool to rotate. The square drill pipe is located at the upper end of the drill column and is available in two types: four-square and six-square. When drilling, the square drill pipe cooperates with the square filler core and the turntable filler core to transfer the torque of the ground turntable to the drill pipe to drive the drill bit to rotate.

 

◆The drill pipe is the basic part that forms the drill column and the main tool for rotary drilling. It is connected between the drill tappet and the square drill pipe, and its main functions are to transmit torque, deliver drilling fluid, connect to grow the drill column, deepen the borehole, and achieve normal drilling, etc.

 

 

Precautions for the use of water well drilling rig.

◆ Before use, check the flexibility of wind motor rotation, clear the obstacles in the drilling rig's operating range and on the walking road, and check the passing ability of the road.

 

◆When starting to drill, start the vacuum cleaner first to reduce the dust flying. You should always observe the powder discharge, especially when drilling downward, you should strengthen the blowing, and if necessary, you should lift the drill to blow strongly.

Observe the sound of the impactor and the mechanical operation of the water well drilling rig at all times, and if abnormalities are found, stop the rig immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. During drilling, do not reverse the motor or the rotary reducer, and avoid the rig to be decoupled.

 

◆Before adding the connecting drill pipe, blow and clean the middle of the drill pipe to avoid dirt from entering the impactor. Do not use the drill pipe that does not meet the specifications or is badly worn, and take out the drill pipe that has been broken in the drill hole with special tools.

 

When the drilling rig stops working for a short time, a small amount of compressed air should be supplied to prevent the rock powder from invading the impactor; if the drilling stops for a long time, the impactor should be lifted 1-2m from the bottom of the hole and fixed.

The drill bit should be replaced immediately and the diameter of the replacement bit should not be larger than the diameter of the original drill bit. When drilling, if it is found that the drill pipe does not move forward but keeps jumping, the impactor should be pulled out of the hole for inspection; when it is found that the drill bit drops carbide pieces, compressed air should be used to blow out the small pieces forcibly, and the large pieces can be used to stick the alloy pieces out of the hole by using yellow mud or asphalt with a rod smaller than the hole diameter.

 

◆When jamming occurs, the thrust should be reduced immediately and the rotation and flushing should be strengthened to make it normalized gradually. If the drill is seriously stuck, stop immediately and use tools to add torque and tension to loosen the drilling tool rotation, then lift the drill while sending air until it returns to normal.

 

When the air pressure is too low in the normal operation of the water well drilling rig, it should be stopped for inspection. The tightness of the steel wire rope of the propulsion mechanism should be adjusted frequently, as well as the reliability of the work of the upper and lower travel switches of the pulley set should be improved; when it cannot move correctly, it should be repaired in time.
